Do you have a store?

We do not have a physical store yet, we only have an online store. You can buy and try any product you want, and you can return or exchange it unconditionally within 14 days of order delivery.

How can I return the product I purchased? Do you have a contracted cargo company?

You can reach the Yurtiçi Kargo contracted cargo code by sending an e-mail to truffautbags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

How many days will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are packaged and delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo within 48 hours. Upon delivery to the cargo, your cargo tracking number is sent to the e-mail address you used for shopping.
